We provide services of filing the H-1B petition(s).

1. We email you an agreement.
2. You return the signed agreement with the deposit.
3. We email you our questionnaire to complete.
4. We also will email you a list of documents required.
5. We will complete the Department of Labor and INS forms and send them to you to sign and return.
6. We check all supporting documents.
7. We draft the cover letter and job duty letter, file the LCA (Labor Condition Application), file the I-129 petition and follow up until we obtain the H-1B Visa approval.

Our fees are $800 per petition for the attorney fee. We require a $400 deposit with the balance of $400 due upon INS approval.

The INS fee is either $1,130 or $130, depending on whether or not the organization is for-profit ($1,130) or not for profit ($130).

For applicants with foreign (non U.S.) degrees we prepare an Evaluation of Foreign Educational Credentials (see Evaluation pages on this website - link), which is almost always required by the INS.

For an extra fee of $1,000, the INS will provide a decision in 15 business days for H1B, L1 and TN petitions.
